Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We aim to deliver our products within 2-3 working days. Some of our products are despatched directly from our manufacturers, so you may recieve your items in more than one package.

Our costs are not only for the postage itself, we also have to put our items in nice shiny wrapping, so if you're wondering why the postage cost printed on the package from the post office or our couriers differs from the postage charge then this is the reason. Obviously boxes and envelopes cost money!

Returns

You, by law and the distance selling rules, have 7 days from receipt of goods to return unwanted items. We do not refund any postage on these items and the delivery cost of returning them is your responsibility.

Items returned after 7 days will incur a re-stocking fee of up to 50%, this will be confirmed to you upon emailing us for a return code.

If you are dissatisified with any item supplied, we will be happy to refund or credit you provided the item is faulty. We cannot accept any returns of bespoke items, unless they are recieved damaged, or are not as agreed. Again, we cannot refund delivery charges on these items nor pay the return postage.

You have 7 days from reciept of the items to notify us of any damages and request a returns number.
